Hezoya is built for respectful, genuine connections. These rules apply to every member, in every country.

Community rules

  1. Be 18+. Accounts for minors are banned. Lying about age is grounds for permanent removal.
  2. Be yourself. Use recent photos of you. Catfishing, stolen photos, or impersonation is prohibited.
  3. No harassment. No threats, hate speech, stalking, non-consensual sexual content, or repeated unwanted contact after a clear “no”.
  4. No scams. Never request money, crypto, gift cards, or investment “opportunities.” Reporting scams is encouraged.
  5. No illegal activity. No trafficking, exploitation, drugs, weapons, or any crime facilitated through the platform.
  6. Respect privacy. Do not share another person’s private photos, address, workplace, or messages without consent (doxxing).
  7. One person, one account. Commercial solicitation and spam profiles are removed.

Protect yourself

  • Keep chats on Hezoya until you trust the person.
  • Never share passwords, OTPs, banking PINs, or ID documents.
  • Video-call before meeting when possible.
  • First meetings: public place, daytime, tell a friend where you are.
  • Arrange your own transport; don’t accept isolated pickups.
  • If something feels wrong, leave — you don’t owe an explanation.

Tools on Hezoya

  • Block — stops matches and messages from that person.
  • Report — flags harassment, scams, or fake profiles for review.
  • Paid messaging — reduces spam by requiring Monthly Access for inbox.
  • Photo guidance — personal photos only; logos/objects discouraged.

Emergency: contact local emergency services. Hezoya is not a crisis hotline.

Meetup safety checklist

Before meeting someone from Hezoya offline, run through this list.

  1. Video call first — confirm they match their photos.
  2. Public place — café, mall, or busy venue; not a private home on the first meet.
  3. Daytime — easier to leave and more people around.
  4. Tell a friend — share name, place, time, and when you’ll check in.
  5. Own transport — don’t rely on the other person for a ride home.
  6. Alcohol & substances — stay in control of your drink and decisions.
  7. Trust your gut — leave if something feels off. You don’t owe an explanation.
  8. Emergency — local emergency number; Hezoya is not a crisis line.

The same safety rules apply worldwide. Local laws may also apply. We may restrict or remove access in regions where we cannot operate safely or legally.

Pricing: Kenya members pay Monthly Access in KES (M-Pesa). International members may pay USD 5 / month via card or PayPal when enabled by admin.
